In this role, you will be responsible for executing accounting and reporting activities within the bAccounts Payable /b area of bProcure to Pay /b, ensuring timely payments’ settlement and vendor queries’ resolution bfor Germany and Austria /b. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing projects. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high service quality and efficiency /liliReconcile vendors´ statements; Resolution of debit balances /liliFollow up proactively on disputed and overdue invoices /liliHandle incoming queries from vendors and business /liliCollect, analyze, and interpret data to produce reports, both monthly and ad-hoc ones; /liliMonth-end closing activities /liliPayment runs preparation; Collaboration with other departments to enable smooth settlement of payables /liliEnsure service levels and quality standards of provided services (KPI, SLA) /liliBuild effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders within the local entities; /liliParticipate in emerging projects - e.g., process transitions, continuous improvements, procedures standardization, etc. /liliOther duties as assigned (possibly supporting other areas like: Accounts Receivable or General Ledger)
