Associates are expected to take meaningful responsibility from the outset, playing a central role in transaction execution, client engagement, financial analysis, and business development initiatives. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to develop deep sector expertise, gain significant transaction exposure, and contribute to the continued expansion of one of Europe’s leading technology investment banking platforms. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeveloping differentiated insights on Technology sector dynamics, including valuation trends, capital flows, strategic and sponsor activity, public market performance, disruptive business models, and emerging subsectors. /li liDriving the preparation and quality control of senior‑level client materials, including pitch books, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials, investor presentations and internal approval documents. /li liBuilding and reviewing complex financial models and valuation analyses, including operating models, DCFs, trading comparables, precedent transactions, merger models, accretion/dilution analyses, sensitivities and scenario‑based valuation frameworks. /li liTaking ownership of execution workstreams across MA, strategic advisory and equity‑led processes, driving timelines, due diligence workstreams and stakeholder coordination across clients, advisors and internal teams. /li liMentoring and managing Analysts and interns, setting execution standards,

This role is particularly suited to candidates who want to become trusted Technology MA advisors and who are excited by the pace, complexity and strategic relevance of the sector. /p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liPrior investment banking experience is required, at least 4 years in MA / Corporate Finance advisory within a leading investment bank, general financial institution, elite boutique or top‑tier advisory platform. /li liDemonstrated execution experience, with the ability to lead workstreams, manage parallel deliverables and maintain high quality under demanding timelines. /li liExperience preparing and reviewing senior‑quality client materials, transaction documentation and internal committee materials, with strong attention to detail and judgment. /li liPrevious exposure and deal execution experience in software, fintech, digital infrastructure or tech‑enabled services is a plus. However, candidates with broader MA experience and a clear interest in the technology sector will also be considered. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills, including comfort interacting with clients, advisors, investors and cross‑border internal teams. /li liAbility to operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to a collaborative, team‑first environment. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liUndergraduate degree with a strong academic track record. /li liFinance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or other quantitative backgrounds are especially relevant, although not required. /li liAdditional postgraduate qualifications, CFA progress or technical training in financial modelling are valued. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluency in English written and oral is required. /li liAdditional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced financial modelling and valuation skills,



supported by a solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance and transaction structuring.
