A key part of your impact will be reducing manual reviews through robust, deterministic logic and targeted automation that improves reliability and throughput. You will collaborate closely with leaders and engineers to maintain and improve the architecture of the finance core micro systems in general. This is a Technical Referent, a high‑autonomy role with clear accountability for correctness and scalability. /ph3What will you be doing? /h3ulliLead the design and delivery of reliable Java microservices for finance core and finance core reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability. /liliDefine and enforce engineering standards, acting as the technical bar‑raiser for the group. /liliAudit, maintain,



and improve existing repositories. /liliDrive automation to reduce manual reviews and errors (e.g., rules engines, validations, alerts, auto‑reconciliation flows) and continuously optimize workflows. /liliMentor teammates via code/design reviews and knowledge‑sharing, elevating domain and engineering maturity across the team. /li /ulh3What skills do you need? /h3ulliProven hands‑on Software Development experience in Java SE and using frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot. At least 7 years of experience. /liliExperience working with microservice architectures. /liliObject‑oriented analysis and design using common design patterns and Java SE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.). /liliGood knowledge of Relational and Non‑relational Databases. /liliExperience with Cloud Providers such as AWS (preferred) or GCP. /liliAbility to quickly adapt to Python codebases. /liliStrong grasp of financial/reconciliation business logic and data quality; close attention to accuracy and auditability. /liliOwnership Proactivity — Ability to take end‑to‑end responsibility for initiatives, act without waiting for approval, reduce uncertainty by investigating and proposing concrete solutions rather than escalating open questions. /liliResults‑Oriented Communication — Ability to communicate progress, blockers,
