fostering a proactive culture of safety and wellbeing across the school community. /lili Ensure the school operates in compliance with applicable Spanish Health and Safety legislation and best practice, working closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Health and Safety leads. /lili Develop, implement and regularly review Health and Safety policies, procedures and guidance. /lili Coordinate and monitor risk assessments across all areas of the school, ensuring appropriate control measures are implemented and regularly reviewed. /lili Maintain accurate Health and Safety records, statutory documentation and compliance registers. /lili Coordinate fire safety procedures, evacuation drills and emergency response planning, ensuring all required records are maintained. /lili Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identify trends and make recommendations to reduce future risk. /lili Monitor the completion of corrective actions arising from inspections, audits and incident investigations /lili Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with the school#39;s Health and Safety requirements while working on site. /lili Coordinate mandatory Health and Safety training and induction for staff and maintain training records. /lili Advise staff on Health and Safety matters and promote good practice throughout the school.
