ppJob Requisition ID # 26WD /ppWe are looking for you, a Senior Project Manager (English, French Spanish speaking) to work in our Autodesk Project Management team in EMEA! /ppAs a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the execution and completion of Consulting Services for our Midmarket and Named Account customers from start to end. Consulting services help our Customers realize the full potential of our design, engineering, construction and entertainment software, accelerate their design and solve business and environmental challenges. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet Customer expectations. You oversee the work of the Project delivery team, consisting of one or multiple consultants, during project execution and assure that we are following internal processes and policies. You will report into the Manager of the Project Management team South as an individual contributor. You are based in commutable distance to our office Barcelona, Spain. You will enjoy flexibility with a hybrid workplace arrangement. /ph3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3ulliOversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies /liliCollaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needs /liliTranslate project vision into clear goals for the delivery team /liliCoordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental teams, and account teams /liliDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules,



and controls using standard Project Management software and tools /liliMonitor project progress to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters and manage project risks /liliManage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery and invoicing /liliForecast project revenue and contractor service fees /liliParticipate in account team meetings and customer business reviews /li /ulh3Main Qualifications /h3ulli5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting with experience in the IT, AEC or MFG industry /liliHave experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationships /liliHave working proficiency in English, French and ideally Spanish /liliHave a structured and organized approach and set yourself clear goals /liliValue processes and compliance /liliAre comfortable managing several projects in parallel /liliAppreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty /liliHave a clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field /liliDemonstrate team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset /li /ulh3Other Qualifications /h3ulliPMP Certification or similar recommended Agile knowledge or certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP)

For Spain based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $42,000 and $61,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
