ph3Job Description /h3 pTurner Townsend are engaged to support our clients with many complex projects, responsible for all aspects of cost management and project delivery and we are seeking Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to act as the day-to-day interface with our clients driving projects to achieve an excellent outcome. /p pWe are looking for Senior Professional with either CSA and/or MEP cost management experience, and may have worked on major construction projects in the Data Centers sector. /p h3Key Elements /h3 ul liProvide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan. /li liAbility to estimate at conceptual, programming and detailed level. /li liAssist on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports. /li liPerform all aspects of procurement, including managing the pre-qualification stage, produce bid list, bid analysis, produce bid report, and compile contractual documents. /li liParticipate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes, where applicable refer major changes to line manager. /li liManage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects, and ensure timely and accurate cost checking, and valuation process. /li liProduce monthly post contract cost reports and present to client. /li liProvide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts. /li liMaintain liaison with client and other consultants at all projects stages. /li liProvide leadership to cost management team when necessary, ensure the delivery on all of accountabilities.



/li liIdentify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report such opportunities to appropriate line manager, and utilize marketing database. /li liIdentify improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of b8years’ experience /b preparing cost estimates. /li liExperience in bData center, Pharma, Oil and Gas,preferred. /b /li libFluent in English /b /li liGood technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account. /li liGood understanding of all civils, structural and architectural aspects as they relate to construction of projects /li liExperience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity. /li liExperience with badvising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing. /b /li liDemonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills. /li liGreat organizational skills; ability to multi-task and be a team player. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWe want our people to succeed both in work and life.
