Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive the digital visibility and revenue for a Barcelona-based marketing hub by balancing organic and paid strategies for the DACH market. You will independently manage 5–15 client accounts, aligning SEO initiatives with PPC and social ads to maximize ROI. You translate data into actionable recommendations and present strategic insights to clients. You join a young, international team that values transparency and continuous learning, with a strong focus on cross-channel dominance.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google/Microsoft Ads and social ads to hit ROAS targets and control CPC
• Lead holistic SEO efforts across On-Page, Technical SEO, and Off-Page initiatives
• Monitor traffic and conversions and translate data into clear client-facing reports




• Bridge paid and organic channels to deliver unified search engine impact for clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of 5–15 client accounts, ensuring revenue-driven outcomes

Responsabilidades
• German language: native or C2 fluency
• English proficient
• 2+ years in digital marketing with clear SEO and SEA focus
• Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• Strong communication skills to explain metrics and strategies to clients
• Analytical, data-driven, proactive problem-solver
