/p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Banquets Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service during banquets, meetings, weddings, and special events, in line with Four Seasons standards of excellence. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment while ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSet up, service, and break down banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders, floor plans, and Four Seasons standards. /li liServe food and beverages during banquets, meetings, weddings, and special events in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. /li liHave thorough knowledge of banquet menus, beverage offerings, and event‑specific service styles. /li liAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests during events. /li liTake ownership of guest concerns and act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when issues arise. /li liMaintain close communication with the Banquets Captain, Supervisor, and culinary team to ensure flawless event execution. /li liAccurately follow service sequences, timing, and presentation standards during plated, buffet, and cocktail‑style events. /li liAssist with plate service,



food and beverage preparation, and tray service as required. /li liEnsure cleanliness and proper organization of banquet areas, service stations, and back‑of‑house spaces throughout the event. /li liAdhere to health, safety, hygiene, and food handling standards at all times. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liAn energetic, professional, and team‑oriented attitude with a strong sense of service. /li liOne to two years of experience in banquets, events, or Food Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment. /li liStrong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event schedules and guest needs. /li liSolid knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including plated and buffet service. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a large team. /li liExperience using FB systems and handling POS equipment where applicable. /li liAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow event specifications accurately. /li liA polished and professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards. /li liFlexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 pMinimum 2 years of experience in Food Beverage or Banquets service. /p h3Education /h3 pProfessional / Technician qualification preferred. /p h3Languages /h3 pSpanish and English required. /p pLanguage Ability: High. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
