Our products produce and/or separate H2 on‑site from different feedstocks (ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste...) and can save billions in infrastructure and accelerate the hydrogen economy. /p pWe work to leave a better world for future generations by fighting climate change and facilitating the energy transition supported by renewable hydrogen. /p h3Mission /h3 pAs a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the systems, equipment and facilities of the industrial or infrastructure project are properly installed, configured, tested and optimised for operation according to the customer's requirements and specifications. /p h3Functions /h3 ul liCollaborate with the technology department to prepare equipment for mechanical commissioning during hydrogen production plant projects. /li liLead PeM functions for H2SITE equipment on site /li liLead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). /li liPerforming mechanical Acceptance Tests (leak test). /li liChecking the PLC control. /li liTesting of the equipment. /li liDocumentation and reporting. /li liMaintaining records of planning, PEM tasks, equipment control and calibration. /li liPreparing operational monitoring and commissioning reports.



/li liSupervise the activities of subcontractors working on H2SITE facilities on H2 generation systems. /li liSupport in HAZOP studies for H2SITE projects /li liIdentify and communicate to the HSQE manager any dangerous situation, as well as the preventive measures to avoid it. /li liFactory Acceptance Test of membrane reactors and separators in Bilbao, Spain. /li liBe responsible for startup of every equipment of our units individually (pumps, flow controllers, filters, burners, etc). /li liBe responsible for identifying the right control loops for a fully autonomous operation of the units. /li liSupport in the design of new reactors providing operational feedback. /li liCapitalize info, data and knowledge (manuals and reports composition) for a continuous improvement of H2SITE’s units. /li /ul h3What you’ll need to succeed /h3 ul liEngineering Bachelor's Degree. /li liAt least 7+ years of experience in commissioning assets (compressors, gas skids, CHPs, engines…) and planning installation / OM activities. /li liExperience with industrial gases (hydrogen, ammonia, methanol…). /li liExperience with project management and control of small installation/ maintenance teams. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
