continuous feedback, performance evaluation, and support with personal-development planning. /liliIdentify and help shape opportunities within existing client engagements and contribute to Metyis’ business-development agenda through strong interpersonal and commercial skills. /liliParticipate in internal initiatives and company-wide capability and content development, contributing to the continued growth of Metyis’ Strategy Execution practice. /li /ulh3What you’ll bring /h3ulliProven expertise in the Energy Utilities sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. /lili8–11 years of consulting experience, potentially combined with relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years at project-lead level, managing both client engagements and project teams. /liliRelevant exposure to strategy, business transformation, operational improvement, change management, and business-case development within the Energy Utilities sector. /liliStrong management and communication skills, with the ability to bring together stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the advice provided. /liliProven ability to manage client engagements and relationships, guide teams, and take ownership of the quality of the engagement and its delivery. /liliStrong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, supported by a strong academic background. /liliDemonstrated ability to develop innovative business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term strategies that drive sustainable business value. /liliA genuine interest in contributing to Metyis’ business-development agenda through strong interpersonal and commercial skills. /liliFluency in Spanish and English is required. /li /ulpAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
