Furthermore, our solutions are designed with accessibility in mind, offering features that cater to the visually impaired, ensuring everyone can engage in the modern commerce landscape. /p pThe HR Business Partner – People Operations is responsible for delivering consistent, compliant and high-quality People Operations across PayXpert, ensuring an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. /p pThe role acts as the operational partner for managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, performance operations, rewards administration, People policies and employment practices while ensuring operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions. /p pThis position requires strong expertise in employment legislation, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR operations, with a particular focus on supporting employees across France, Spain and the United Kingdom. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3People Operations Employee Lifecycle /h3 ul liManage the operational delivery of the employee lifecycle across Spain, France and the United Kingdom, including contractual changes, promotions, compensation updates, mobility and offboarding. /li liEnsure employee records, contracts and People documentation remain accurate, complete and compliant. /li liSupport managers and employees on operational People matters, policies and procedures. /li liCoordinate operational People activities with payroll, Finance and external providers. /li liEnsure a consistent and positive employee experience across all operational touchpoints. /li liDeliver accurate, compliant and efficient People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle. /li /ul h3Employee Relations, Industrial Relations Employment Compliance /h3 ul liCoordinate the operational delivery of PayXpert's performance review processes. /li liSupport salary review cycles, variable compensation administration and compensation changes. /li liCoordinate employee recognition initiatives, including the Values Awards programme. /li liManage employee surveys and support engagement initiatives across the organisation. /li liAnalyse employee feedback and recommend operational improvements. /li liSupport employee engagement through effective execution of performance, rewards and recognition programmes. /li /ul h3Compliance, Governance Risk Management /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with employment legislation in Spain, France and the UK, working closely with external advisors where required. /li liManage employment documentation, audits and reporting obligations, ensuring accuracy and traceability. /li liSupport internal and external audits,
inspections and compliance reviews related to employment practices. /li liProactively identify operational and legal risks and recommend corrective actions. /li /ul h3People Analytics, HR Systems Operational Excellence /h3 ul liMaintain and optimise HR systems including Factorial, SharePoint and Notion. /li liEnsure the integrity, quality and confidentiality of employee data. /li liPrepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics. /li liCoordinate People surveys and analyse workforce data. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows and systems. /li liSupport continuous process improvement through HR technology and data-driven decision-making. /li /ul h3Health, Safety Employee Wellbeing /h3 ul liCoordinate Health Safety activities across all jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local legislation. /li liSupport occupational health initiatives, mandatory training and risk assessments. /li liCoordinate employee wellbeing initiatives promoting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. /li liMonitor absence trends and support wellbeing-related actions where appropriate. /li liManage Health Safety documentation and reporting requirements. /li liPromote safe, healthy and supportive workplaces. /li /ul h3Business Partnership Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with managers across the organisation to provide operational HR guidance. /li liCollaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance and external providers on People-related matters. /li liSupport organisational projects requiring People Operations expertise. /li liContribute to the successful implementation of People initiatives and operational improvements. /li liFoster strong cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education Formal Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, Psychology or a related discipline. /li liProfessional certification in Human Resources (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) would be advantageous. /li liAdditional training in Employment Law, Compensation Benefits, Health Safety or HR Analytics would be considered an asset. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul lib3–5 years /b of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Business Partnering or Employee Relations within international organisations. /li liExperience managing operational People processes across the employee lifecycle. /li liExperience supporting employee relations, employment law and industrial relations activities. /li liExperience coordinating performance reviews, salary review processes and employee engagement initiatives. /li liExperience working with HRIS platforms and People Analytics. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR operational practices. /li liExperience using bFactorial /b, bSharePoint /b and bNotion /b or equivalent HR platforms.
