We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Dock Attendants to join our team and help us provide a memorable experience for our customers. /ph3Job Description /h3pAs a Dock Attendant at Bridgewater Marina, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marina during the busy summer season. You will be responsible for assisting customers with boat rentals, assisting with fueling operations, ensuring the safety of vessels and guests, and providing exceptional service to all marina visitors. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCustomer Service: /liliGreet and assist customers with boat rentals and return procedures. /liliProvide information about boat options, safety guidelines, and local attractions. /liliAddress customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. /liliBoat Safety: /liliInspect and prepare rental boats for customers, ensuring they are in proper working condition and adequately equipped. /liliInstruct customers on safety procedures and ensure they are familiar with life-saving equipment. /liliMonitor dock activity to maintain safety and compliance with marina rules. /liliMaintenance and Repairs: /liliPerform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to the docks.



/liliPerform basic maintenance and clean rental boats daily. /liliReport any issues with rental boats or fueling equipment to the appropriate staff for repair and maintenance. /liliDock Operations: /liliAssist with boat docking and undocking, helping customers secure their vessels safely. /liliManage boat traffic, ensuring efficient use of available dock spaces. /liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of the docks and surrounding areas. /liliFueling Operations: /liliAssist customers with fueling their vessels at the gas pumps on the docks. /liliHandle fueling equipment and safely pump gas into customer boats. /liliMaintain a record of fuel dispensed and process payments accurately. /liliCash Handling: /liliProcess rental payments accurately and handle cash transactions securely. /liliMaintain records of fuel sales and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills. /liliBasic knowledge of boating safety and experience with boats is a plus. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. /liliStrong communication and problem-solving skills. /liliDependable and punctual. /liliMust be at least 16 years old. /li /ulh3Work Schedule /h3ulliThis is a seasonal position for the summer months, with hours that will include weekends and holidays.
