In this role, you will drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment. bYou’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. /b /p h3Your role, your impact /h3 ul liTranslate business strategy and objectives into effective HR action plans and people initiatives /li liAct as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to management teams on organisational, people and leadership matters /li liSupport organisational design and lead change management initiatives /li liDrive the implementation of labour relations strategies and employee relations programs /li liLead workforce planning activities, defining staffing and resourcing needs /li liEnsure the successful deployment of key people processes, including Performance Management, Salary Reviews, STI schemes and People Reviews /li liMaintain the accuracy and quality of HR information systems and people data /li liLead payroll processes and oversee time and attendance management /li /ul pbYou’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management, quality and business functions, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
