ppWe are looking for an experienced Director of Project Management to lead and develop our Project Management function at our Vitoria manufacturing site. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects aligned with business strategy. /p pAs a Director of Project Management, you will operate at both strategic and operational levels, driving project excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring all projects deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 professionals. /li liFoster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture. /li liDefine roles, responsibilities, and career development plans within the PM organization. /li liEnsure consistent use of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies. /li liOversee the full portfolio of manufacturing and industrial projects at the Vitoria site. /li liEnsure alignment of all projects with business objectives and strategic priorities. /li liMonitor project performance across timeline, cost, quality, and risk dimensions. /li liEstablish governance frameworks and reporting standards for project execution. /li liDrive efficient resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects. /li liEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. /li liImplement and continuously improve project management processes and standards.



/li liIdentify risks proactively and lead mitigation strategies at portfolio level. /li liPromote operational excellence and continuous improvement within manufacturing projects. /li liAct as the main interface with senior leadership, including VP Project Execution and GM Spain. /li liCommunicate project status, risks, and strategic recommendations to executives. /li liBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, quality, supply chain) and external partners. /li liDefine and deploy the project management strategy for the Vitoria plant. /li liIntroduce best practices (Lean, Agile, Industry 4.0 where applicable). /li liDrive standardization, efficiency, and scalability of project execution processes. /li liEnsure projects contribute to business value and ROI. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, or related field. /li li10+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing or industrial environments. Ideally some experience in power electronics. /li liProven experience managing multiple complex projects and leading PM teams. /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations. /li liPrevious experience working in a multinational company at integral environment is key. /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills and customer oriented. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
