As a ServiceNow Solution Architect focused on ITOM, you design end-to-end ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You provide technical leadership across client engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations. You work on digitalization initiatives and stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and related technologies. This role offers remote work in Spain, learning opportunities, and a clear path for growth within a general, supportive team.

• Provide technical leadership across ITOM implementations
• Design scalable, end-to-end ITOM solutions for clients
• Configure and optimize MID Server performance in complex environments
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring/observability tools
• Develop and implement API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• Contribute to IT infrastructure architecture discussions (networking, servers, cloud)
• Present architecture solutions to teams and stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members throughout delivery

• Engage with clients on technical and architectural matters
• Drive project design and documentation from start to finish
• Gather requirements and define ServiceNow-based solutions for customers
• Support pre-sales scoping and SOW discussions
• Enforce design standards and best practices across delivery lifecycle
• Participate in pre-sales activities and client workshops

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementations
• CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITOM, or CIS-Event Management (at least one)
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• MID Server configuration, xqbhyrx troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SolarWinds and Dynatrace
• API integration experience using REST, SOAP, and JSON
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, cloud environments)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and thought leadership skills
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (B2+)
