Our goal is to ensure that everyone can develop their full potential in an environment where fashion is present in every detail. /ppYou can find our work across the different brands of the Inditex Group: /ppZara, PullBear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Lefties. /ppOur technical and quality teams ensure that every footwear and bag product is developed and manufactured in line with the quality, design, functionality and timing standards defined by Tempe and the Inditex Group brands. /ppWe are looking for a Technical manager – Footwear Bags to join one of our international technical offices in China, India, or Vietnam, leading the development and consolidation of our technical, production, and quality operations within a strategic sourcing market. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening technical and production expertise in the country, working closely with suppliers and factories to enhance their processes, capabilities, and quality standards. The main objective will be to ensure the effective development, monitoring, and execution of footwear and bag production, ensuring that all products meet the required technical specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines. /ppThe Technical Director will act as the key technical reference in the country, bridging Tempe's and the brands' requirements with the local production environment. This role will involve driving technical solutions, anticipating potential challenges,



and contributing to the development of a robust and reliable supplier base aligned with Group standards. /ppIn addition, the role will play a central part in the technical development of products, providing expertise in design, materials, construction, and manufacturing processes for footwear and bags. The position will support product teams and suppliers in translating each brand's requirements into technically sound, high-quality solutions aligned with Tempe standards. /ppThe role will also contribute to the continuous improvement of products by identifying opportunities to refine shapes, construction methods, materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes in order to optimise quality, efficiency, and overall product performance. /ph3YOUR DAY TO DAY /h3h3Lead the technical and quality strategy /h3pLead the technical and quality function for footwear and bags across the sourcing hub, ensuring alignment with Tempe standards, brand requirements, local regulations and the strategic development of the sourcing hub. /ph3Drive product development and technical excellence /h3pProvide technical expertise throughout product development, advising on materials, constructions and manufacturing processes while driving product innovation and continuous improvement. /ph3Ensure product quality from development to delivery /h3pOversee product quality across the entire lifecycle, anticipating technical risks, solving issues and ensuring products meet quality, timing and performance expectations. /ph3Develop suppliers and manufacturing capabilities /h3pPartner with suppliers and factories to strengthen their technical capabilities, improve manufacturing processes and implement best practices that enhance quality and efficiency. /ph3Collaborate across teams /h3pWork closely with Development, Buying, Production, Quality and Central teams to ensure seamless communication, effective decision-making and successful product execution. /ph3Lead and develop the local team /h3pCoach and develop the local technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and technical excellence. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
