Fluently provides clinical services and care coordination in bSpanish, Portuguese, and English /b (C2 Native/Advanced across all three). Possesses a deep clinical landscape and holds all necessary legal credentials to operate in Madrid, Spain. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee and coordinate the clinical journey for our members, providing clinical - emotional support and case management in bSpanish, English, and Portuguese. /b /li liConduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS), and short-term evidence-based interventions (CBT) across different languages and cultural contexts. /li liAct as the clinical point of contact for our English, Portuguese, and Spanish provider networks, ensuring high quality of care and compliance with local regulations. /li liMaintain impeccable clinical records and documentation in bSalesforce /b, ensuring all meets Lyra’s general standards (primarily in Spanish and English) and local legal requirements.



/li liClinical response for high-risk cases in the region, providing immediate bilingual support and follow-up. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProfessional with full fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (C1 level for all three). You must be able to conduct therapy and write technical clinical notes in all three languages. /li liBachelor’s degree in Psychology. /li liBeing a Registered Health Psychologist (Psicólogo General Sanitario) or equivalent accreditation to practice clinically in Spain. /li li3+ years of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and clinical assessment. /li liExperience with CRMs and clinical management platforms. /li liOpen to adapt clinical empathy to the cultural nuances of both the Spanish and Portuguese markets. /li /ul pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
