You collaborate closely with the Core Finance IT Delivery Lead, providing expert analysis, guidance, and functional leadership, while the Delivery Lead retains overall responsibility for cross‑domain alignment and Finance architecture. /p ul liDuring the project: ensure that the integrator delivers a robust, scalable and standardaligned solution, and that business needs are correctly translated into functional configuration. /li liPost‑golive: become the owner of the Finance “build” activities, driving enhancements, safeguarding configuration quality, and managing the technical backlog (functional debt, simplification, design guardrails). /li /ul h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Design Governance /h3 ul liShape the general Finance design across GL, AP, AR, Cash, Tax, Intercompany, SLA. /li liPromote simplicity, standardization, and architectural coherence. /li liDocument and justify key functional decisions. /li /ul h3Project Delivery /h3 ul liAct as Criteo’s functional counterpart to the integrator. /li liReview/validate functional specs, configuration, data models, and test scenarios. /li liEnsure accurate translation of business needs into Oracle Fusion configuration. /li /ul h3Post–Go‑Live Ownership /h3 ul liOwn Finance configuration changes (entities, payment formats, accounting rules, tax/localization). /li liProvide L3 expertise and coordinate with Oracle Support and technical teams. /li liMaintain functional documentation and design guidelines. /li /ul h3Quality, Backlog Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liManage the functional/technical backlog for Finance. /li liIdentify complexity, risks, and propose simplification/refactoring. /li liDrive maintainability and internal best practices. /li /ul h3Integrations, Data Controls /h3 ul liValidate Finance integrations (P2P, O2C, banking, payroll, tax).



/li liSupport data migration reconciliations. /li liEnsure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and local requirements. /li /ul h3Testing Releases /h3 ul liContribute to SIT/UAT scenarios. /li liSupport quarterly updates: impact assessments, testing, feature evaluation. /li /ul h3Innovation /h3 ul liStay current on Oracle Cloud innovations and propose process optimizations. /li /ul h3Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with Product Owners, BAs, Tech Leads, and Enterprise Architecture. /li liCommunicate clearly with Finance teams and support knowledge transfer. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul li5–10 years of experience in ERP functional roles (Consultant, Lead Analyst, Functional Expert). /li liStrong hands‑on configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR), ideally including at least one full implementation. /li liSolid understanding of core Finance processes: Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), and period close. /li liAwareness of high‑level architecture, with the ability to understand, influence, and contribute to structural design decisions while partnering with the Core Finance IT Delivery Lead, who owns the overall architecture. /li liProven ability to challenge system integrators and guide the solution toward robust, scalable, and standard‑first designs. /li liComfort with integration concepts, including APIs, data flows, and data‑migration logic. /li liExcellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English. /li liA hands‑on, curious, and analytical mindset, with a willingness to dive deep into configuration.
