ppThe company is searching an experienced Project Finance Associate to support the structuring, execution, and management of financing transactions across its renewable energy portfolio. The successful candidate will play a leading role in securing debt financing for wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects, managing relationships with lenders and investors, coordinating due diligence processes, and supporting project acquisitions, divestments, and refinancing transactions. /p pThe role requires strong financial modelling skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across several European jurisdictions. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt financing transactions for renewable energy projects, from mandate to financial close /li liDevelop and maintain financial models, perform debt sizing, valuation analyses, and assess project bankability. Experience with BESS highly valuable. /li liManage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial advisors, coordinating financing processes and negotiations. /li liPrepare financing materials, investment memoranda, management presentations, and decision-making analyses. /li liCoordinate legal, technical, tax, insurance, and environmental due diligence workstreams. /li liSupport acquisitions,



divestments, refinancing transactions, and strategic corporate finance initiatives. /li liReview and negotiate financing documentation, including facility agreements, security packages, and hedging arrangements. /li liMonitor financing covenants, reporting obligations, and portfolio performance post-closing. /li liCollaborate with Development, Engineering, Implementation, Legal, Asset Management, ESG, and MA teams to support project execution and investment decisions. /li liMonitor market, regulatory, and financing developments to identify opportunities and optimize capital structures. /li /ul h3The profile: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. /li liMBA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage. /li li3-6 years of experience in Project Finance, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance. /li liProven experience supporting or executing financing and MA transactions. /li liExposure to renewable energy projects and European energy markets is preferred. /li liAdvanced financial modelling and valuation skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
