brProvide technical customer support via phone and email.
br• Handle Level 1–2 technical incidents and service-related queries.
br• Register and follow up customer cases using CRM and ticketing systems.
br• Deliver high-quality customer experience in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
br• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures and quality standards.
br• Support customers in a professional and solution-oriented way as a teleoperador/a specialist.

brPermanent contract from day one.




br• Full-time schedule (39h/week).
br• Monday to Friday shifts between 9:00 and 19:00.
br• Hybrid model:
br- Remote work on Mondays and Fridays
br• Paid training during working hours.
br• Portuguese native or bilingual level.
br• Advanced English and Spanish (C1 or higher).
br• Interest in technical support and premium customer experience.
