You will play a key role in defining and driving the database strategy, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security of our data assets.br/pbrh3Key Responsibilities /h3pstrongDatabase Strategy: /strong /pulliDevelop and articulate a long-term database strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and technology roadmap. /liliEvaluate and recommend database technologies, platforms, and architectures to meet evolving business needs. /liliCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective database solutions. /li /ulpstrongDatabase Design and Architecture: /strong /pulliDesign and implement complex database architectures, including mission-critical OLTP systems and any other models the data platform requires. /liliDevelop data models, schemas, and normalization rules to ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficiency. /liliOptimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and performance monitoring. /liliDesign software automation routines for the Database Engineers to follow and build upon. /li /ulpstrongData Governance: /strong /pulliEstablish and enforce data governance policies and standards to protect data quality and integrity.
