In this role, you will act as a Technical Leader within an Agile Release Train . You will be responsible for building high-performance data products and applications that bridge our industrial core ( SAP BW ) with our advanced big data ecosystem ( Palantir Foundry ). You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world’s leading helicopter manufacturer. /p h3Your future missions /h3 ul liSAP BI Platform Expertise: Serve as the primary technical expert for the Airbus SAP BI platform within the organization, possessing deep knowledge of its architecture, functionalities and data models. /li liTechnical Leadership Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineers and other technical teams on the effective utilization of SAP BI for data ingestion, processing, storage, analysis, and visualization. /li liSAP BI Solution Design Architecture: Design and architect robust, scalable, and performant data and analytics solutions leveraging the SAP BI platforms, ensuring alignment with overall IT architecture and data strategy. /li liIntegration Interoperability: Lead the technical integration of SAP BI with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. /li liPerformance Optimization Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BI environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to ensure platform stability and reliability. /li liBest Practices Standards: Define and enforce best practices, coding standards,



and guidelines for developing and deploying solutions on the SAP BI platforms. /li liKnowledge Sharing Mentoring: Share knowledge and expertise on SAP BI with the wider technical community within Airbus Helicopters, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of technical excellence. /li liCollaboration with Airbus SAP BI Teams: Act as the primary technical point of contact with the central Airbus SAP BI teams, collaborating on platform updates, new features, and issue resolution. /li liSecurity Compliance: Ensure that all SAP BI-based solutions adhere to relevant security policies, data governance regulations, and compliance standards. /li liInnovation Adoption: Stay abreast of new features and capabilities within the SAP BI platform and drive their adoption within Airbus Helicopters to enhance our data and analytics capabilities. /li liTechnical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to SAP BI architecture, configurations, and best practices. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liEducation: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. /li liExtensive SAP BI Experience: Proven and deep hands‑on experience (typically 5+ years) working extensively with the SAP BI platforms in a complex enterprise environment. /li liStrong Technical Background: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, LSA++ architectures, computing platforms and data integration tools. /li liProgramming Scripting Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages relevant to data processing and analysis (e.g., ABAP, SQL). /li liPerformance Tuning Optimization: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues in complex data processing pipelines and platform environments. /li liProblem‑Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot technical challenges. /li liCollaboration Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liAgile Experience: Familiarity with agile development methodologies. /li liIndustry Knowledge (Preferred):
