We are seeking a Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team, supporting our international Commercial business in Spain and potentially also in additional locations. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end HR partnership, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness while collaborating with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and Legal. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. /p h3When where: /h3 pMadrid, Spain /p pHybrid work model (3 days / week on site) /p h3Discover your role: /h3 ul liDeliver end-to-end HR support across Spain and potentially additional locations. /li liManage employee relations cases, investigations, and follow-up actions. /li liLead works council, trade union, and social dialogue engagement. /li liPartner with leaders on workforce priorities and people solutions. /li liSupport recruitment, interviews, contracts, onboarding, and talent reviews. /li liDrive organizational development initiatives across teams and affiliates. /li liPartner on compensation benchmarking, pay cycles, and career frameworks. /li liYou build pragmatic solutions using data, insight, and business understanding. /li /ul h3This role requires: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred. /li li10+ years of equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree. /li liMinimum 8 years of HR experience, including biopharma, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments. /li liIdeally, experience supporting an international commercial organization. /li liDeep labor relations expertise,
including works councils, employee representatives, and collective bargaining agreements. /li liStrong knowledge of HR compliance, regulatory requirements, and European statutory employment matters. /li liExperience across the full HR spectrum, from administration to strategic business partnering. /li liFluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, additional languages i.e. French / German / Italian are a plus. /li liStrong data literacy and proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Suite. /li liAbility to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, negotiate, influence, and challenge constructively. /li /ul pDoes this sound like you?
