needed. Administrative Tasks: Manage holiday, sickness, and
overtime records while participating in regular team meetings. What
Were Looking For: Language Skills: C2/ fluent in German, both
verbal and written,



with a good level of English (minimum B2).
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience,
preferably in technical support. Technical Knowledge: Advanced
understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and
music/audiovisual products. Customer Focus: Strong aptitude for
customer service with excellent listening skills and the ability to
address customer needs. Problem-Solving: Ability to take ownership
of customer calls, progressing them to resolution or escalating
