/li liMonitor and analyze program metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. /li liEnsure compliance with academic policies, institutional standards, and regulatory requirements. /li liDevelop and maintain operational procedures and documentation to standardize processes across the team. /li /ul pbTeam Leadership Supervision /b /p ul liSupervise and mentor Program Assistants and Coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. /li liAllocate tasks and manage workload distribution across the support team to optimize efficiency. /li liConduct regular team meetings to align on priorities, address challenges, and foster collaboration. /li liIdentify training needs and support professional development of team members. /li /ul pbProject Management Innovation /b /p ul liLead special projects related to program enhancement, process improvement, and innovation initiatives. /li liCoordinate the planning and execution of program events such as networking sessions, company visits, guest speaker events, and graduation ceremonies. /li liManage elective offerings, including scheduling, faculty coordination, and student enrollment processes. /li liSupport the implementation of new technologies, teaching tools, and learning platforms across the program. /li /ul pbFaculty Student Support /b /p ul liServe as a liaison between faculty and program management, addressing concerns and facilitating communication. /li liSupport faculty onboarding, training and ongoing technical assistance in collaboration with the Coordinator. /li liHandle escalated student issues and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring student satisfaction. /li liCoordinate with student representatives to gather feedback and implement improvements. /li /ul pbCross-Departmental Collaboration /b /p ul liCollaborate with Admissions on candidate evaluation processes, information sessions, and enrollment strategies. /li liWork with the Marketing Department on promotional content, program materials, and recruitment campaigns. /li liCoordinate with the Registrar's Office, Finance,
