ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Services Strategy Architect to lead the digital transformation of our Air Power Services area. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing digital use cases, developing strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency in high-security environments. The position focuses on various digital initiatives, including Generative AI (GenAI), Data Analytics, and Maintenance Information Systems, to enhance services for military aircraft. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liClient Requirements: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize client (external and internal) requirements to define the functions and architecture of digital products that meet strategic objectives. /li liDigital Use Cases: Identify, analyze, and prioritize digital use cases across multiple service domains, including engineering support, technical documentation, and maintenance. /li liStrategic Roadmap: Define and support the development of a strategic TAS roadmap for digital integration in defense-related operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance requirements. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams within one of the company's largest departments to promote digital-driven innovation and operational efficiency. Manage and align stakeholders across Programs, COCs, Sales, Portfolio Governance, and Delivery teams. /li liInnovation: Drive innovation and operational efficiency in complex, high-security environments through the application of emerging digital technologies. /li liProduct Development: Influence the design and development of digital products to ensure they address technical and service-related challenges, providing robust and integrated digital solutions to our customers. /li liTechnical Solutions: Provide technical solutions for support and service systems, either in whole or in part, working closely with the TASD Architecture Board. /li liTechnology Analysis:



Analyze existing and emerging technologies to enhance the support and services business. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 h3Education Core Engineering /h3 ul liRequired: Degree in Techological Innovation, Engineering Managment or equivalant. /li liPreferred: Master's degree or specialization in Digital Environment, Data Analytics and Business Managment. /li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liArtificial Intelligence GenAI: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI transformation strategies. /li liData Analytics Maintenance Systems: Proven understanding of data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and the maintenance information system lifecycle. /li liStrong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling tools (e.g. MATLAB, Statgraphics or BI tools). /li liSolid understanding of Agile methologies (Scrum/Kanbar) and project management frameworks. /li liDigital Technologies: Knowledge of other relevant digital technologies that can enhance defense services. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liAir Power Services Context: Previous experience within Airbus Defence and Space, focusing on Digital Strategy and AI Transformation. /li liDigital Transformation: Proven ability to manage digital roadmaps and digital governance. /li liTechnical Application: Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application to service operations. /li liBusiness Value: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical Creative Mindset: A data-driven approach to problem-solving. /li liAdaptability Teamwork: Ability to collaborate in dynamic, technology-driven, and high-security environments.
