partnering with stakeholders /li liProactively propose experiments to unlock new customer value levers and optimize conversion rates /li liSelect success metrics, analyze results, and interpret statistical significance to inform decisions /li liDevelop and maintain data models using dbt (incremental models, snapshots, documentation, generic tests, macros) /li liApply data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schema, data‑marts, SCDs) and optimize BigQuery queries using clustering/partitioning for performance and cost efficiency /li liWork as embedded peer within Product squads, participating in syncs and discovery sessions to surface customer pain points and bottlenecks /li liCommunicate findings effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and mentor junior analysts to promote excellence /li /ul h3What makes you a great fit? /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or Product analytics environment /li liProven experience in funnel analysis and optimization, with a track record of improving conversion rates /li liStrong A/B testing expertise with proven ability to design experiments and analyze statistical significance /li liStrong business acumen and project management skills, with ability to connect analysis to objectives, define scope, and execute autonomously /li liExpert‑level SQL proficiency including window functions, query optimization, and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses /li liExcellent communication skills with ability to translate data insights into business recommendations /li liExperience with dbt for data transformation and modeling /li liProficiency in data visualization tools (Looker,
