In this role you will lead the governance and delivery of procurement programs at Hydro Extrusions, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic savings and performance improvements. You will consolidate plans, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor progress, risks, and impact of initiatives across the procurement organization. You will work closely with the VP of Procurement and ensure consistency in tools, governance, and training to enable value creation. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Govern the annual procurement Business Plan and coordinate its execution across Hydro Extrusions and business units
• Develop and communicate dashboards and reports tracking savings, KPIs, and initiative progress
• Maintain and update performance data in Provalido and ensure accurate project entries
• Identify risks and gaps, coordinating improvement plans with procurement teams




• Develop and oversee strategic initiatives to improve value delivered by global procurement
• Maintain and utilize procurement tools (spend cube, contract repository, sustainability reporting tools, savings tracking, SharePoint)
• Foster strong relationships with Corporate, Business Area, and Business Unit stakeholders
• Lead policy, procedures, and governance framework development; coordinate training and best practice sharing across procurement teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; emphasis in Program Management, Supply Chain Management, xqbhyrx Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years experience in a PMO or equivalent program/project environment
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
