Ensure a high level of simplification and convergence across the different SAP systems /li liBuild stakeholder networks to ensure that the delivery team organisation is recognized as strategic business partner. Software release management including developments and patches /li liParticipate in strategic applications long and short-term strategy development /li liLead, mentor, and manage staff to optimize performance through clear and effective communication to create a positive team environment. /li liAssess technical skills, identify training needs and opportunities, and ensure that required materials and tools are available for direct reports to perform their job responsibilities. /li liResponsible for ensuring the delivery of projects and change within the relevant application area modules. Actively communicating project status/ issues and ensure that business needs are understood and met. /li liCollaborate with the IT demand managers.



/li liCreate estimates for future projects and define capacity needs /li liEnforce policies and procedures to continuously improve the delivery of the SAP and connected solutions and to be compliant with agreed policies such as SOX /li liManaging and drive the SAP systems release process. /li liManagement of metrics related to projects, application development and incident resolution /li liComplex business environment, i.e. with regular changes to the scope (Mergers Acquisitions), different stakeholder goals, global and local approaches /li liGlobal / Regional Distributed team with very different skill sets and customer culture / approach /li liMulti-tasking and setting priorities, i.e. ensuring the priorities are aligned and respected across the Global/Regional/BU/plants /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 ul li7+ years’ experience in IT or equivalent with supervisory, project management, consulting, and business process reengineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong knowledge of the systems development life cycle.(SDLC) /li liBusiness process understanding /li liAbility to think strategically /li liRelationship building with all levels of stakeholders /li liEffective problem-solving skills /li liEffective team builder /li liWritten and oral communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues with both technical and non‑technical people /li liDetail oriented, able to think ‘big picture’ and understand the levers that impact a business. /li liAbility to handle a high degree of ambiguity and a fast‑paced environment where priorities frequently change /li liAccountable for delivering projects on time /li liGood organizational and interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3Education and Certifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. /li liFluent English.
