This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience across HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, benefits, and HR systems within a dynamic international environment. /p /brpWorking closely with experienced HR professionals, the successful candidate will support employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across EMEA while developing a strong foundation in HR Operations. The role will also provide exposure to process improvement initiatives and HR technology solutions. /p /brpThis position reports directly to the Senior Manager, HR Operations EMEA and works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits providers, and other internal teams. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliSupport employee and manager enquiries through our HR case management system (ServiceNow), helping ensure timely and accurate responses. /li /brliAssist with employee lifecycle activities, including HR administration, employee documentation, and data updates. /li /brliSupport the administration of employee benefit programmes, including enrolments, changes, and coordination with external vendors. /li /brliAssist employees and managers with HR processes and Workday transactions, including benefits, leave administration, payroll-related enquiries, and maintenance of employee records. /li /brliHelp maintain accurate and confidential employee information within HR systems, particularly Workday. /li /brliCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, and other stakeholders to support employee-related activities. /li /brliContribute to the maintenance and update of HR content, policies, and guidance documents on internal SharePoint platforms.
/li /brliParticipate in HR Operations projects, training activities, and process improvement initiatives. /li /brliSupport efforts to simplify and improve HR processes through automation and digital solutions. /li /brliBuild positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. /li /brliProvide administrative support to the wider HR Operations team and assist with team activities as required. /li /brliLearn and develop expertise in HR Operations processes, policies, and systems. /li /br /ul /brh3What We're Looking For /h3 /brh3Skills Experience /h3 /brul /brliStrong interest in Human Resources and employee experience. /li /brliBasic understanding of HR processes gained through academic studies, internships, or project work. /li /brliInterest in HR technology, digital tools, data management, and process improvement. /li /brliFamiliarity with HR systems such as Workday is considered an advantage but not required. /li /brliExposure to AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) and curiosity about how technology can improve ways of working is a plus. /li /brliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. /li /brliStrong customer service mindset and willingness to support employees and managers. /li /brliEffective written and verbal communication skills. /li /brliAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. /li /brliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working in a fast-paced environment. /li /brliPositive attitude, curiosity,
