In this role you own the design, health and evolution of Preply’s GTM system landscape, leading a small team to deliver scalable, integrated processes. You partner with Marketing Ops, Sales, CS, Finance and Product to ensure seamless data and tool integrations. You will drive automation, governance and data insights to support proactive revenue growth. This is a fast-paced, hybrid role that blends architecture with strategic management to shape the next generation of GTM infrastructure at global scale.

• Own the GTM system landscape design, health and optimization (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom, and connected tools)
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable integrations and data cleanliness
• Evolve system architecture, reduce technical debt, and map end-to-end processes
• Drive adoption of new GTM tools with documentation, enablement and user-friendly workflows
• Identify and implement automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewals (Salesforce, Zapier, Cargo)




• Implement AI-assisted and no-code automation; build playbooks and documentation for repeatable execution
• Own data governance and dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) for funnel, forecasting, churn and velocity
• Manage GTM tooling roadmap, budget, vendor relationships and ROI alignment
• Lead and mentor a small team; translate business needs into scalable system solutions; champion system thinking

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems or Sales/Marketing Ops in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment
• Deep Salesforce architecture, admin and automation expertise
• Strong understanding of GTM data flows (lead-to-opportunity, xqbhyrx opportunity-to-renewal)
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into technical solutions
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and API integrations
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment
