This role is key to strengthening our market position by building strong relationships with planners, consultants, and engineering firms, ensuring Siemens solutions are specified at the earliest stages of building projects. /p pThe Planner Office plays a critical role in bridging sales, technical teams, and the external planning ecosystem by shaping value propositions, supporting project development, and enabling customer‑centric engagement aligned with our Go‑to‑Market strategy. By combining market insight, technical expertise, and structured engagement with key stakeholders, this position contributes directly to increasing hit rates, accelerating pipeline growth, and improving profitability. /p pThis strategic function works closely with Sales, PreSales, Verticals, Marketing, and Bid Proposal teams, ensuring a coordinated approach to key opportunities while positioning Siemens as a trusted partner for sustainable, smart, and digital buildings. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, engage, and develop strong, long‑term relationships with key planners, consultants, and engineering firms, acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor. /li liDrive the prescription of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings portfolio (solutions, products, services, and sustainability offerings)
within the planner and engineering community to support sales growth and market penetration. /li liDevelop, standardize, and promote compelling value propositions and prescription materials tailored to relevant Vertical Markets, ensuring clear differentiation of Siemens offerings. /li liDefine, maintain, and prioritize a structured planner/consultant pipeline, including account mapping, segmentation, and action plans to maximize coverage and impact. /li liPosition Siemens Buildings’ Go‑to‑Market strategy to planners, leveraging both direct channels and partner ecosystem to ensure early project influence. /li liMonitor and steer prescribed opportunities from early design stages through handover to sales, ensuring proper tracking, KPI follow‑up, and successful conversion. /li liCollaborate closely with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach and maximize impact on strategic projects, pursuing Siemens OneTech company. /li liSupport strategic deals by providing insights, technical guidance, and prescription leverage throughout the sales lifecycle. /li liOrganize and drive planner engagement activities such as trainings, workshops, webinars, and local events to strengthen Siemens positioning and influence. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or related technical fields. /li liExperience in technical sales, pre‑sales,
