As we are committed to delivering high‑quality, realistic simulations that help our clients train their personnel and improve their operations, we are looking for a simulation software engineer in the scope of the HURJET Integrated Training System domain. /p pThe Spanish Air Force seeks to modernize its fleet by replacing the aging F-5M trainer aircraft to enhance pilot training and operational capabilities and create an Integrated Training System (ITS). Turkish Aerospace (TA) has developed the “HÜRJET”, a single‑engine, tandem‑seat, supersonic advanced jet trainer, which has advanced capabilities and this aircraft has been selected to be the Spanish Combat trainer platform. /p pAccountabilities of this position: /p ul liDeveloping the SW to be included in the Embedded Training Solution /li liSupporting the development and operation of the Engineering Simulator /li liSupporting the development and deployment of the GBTS /li liCollaborate on feasibility studies /li /ul pPosition includes the following tasks: /p ul liDesign and develop training simulators and Embedded SW components. /li liUpdate existing simulation models representing aircraft equipment. /li liImplement software models (C++). /li liCreate and perform unit/system/acceptance tests of the software (C++ / Python, Jenkins). /li liPerform integration testing.



/li liSW Configuration Management. /li liDevelop tools for our test simulation systems (e.g., Code / ICD Generators). /li liCoordinate the development with our international partners and customers. /li liWrite documents according to the existing company processes. /li /ul pRequired Skills: /p ul liGeneral Avionics knowledge is a plus. /li liExperience in software design testing. /li liExperience in procedural and object orientated programming. /li liExperience in unit, system testing and software integration. /li liExperience writing documentation in English according to the SW life cycle processes. /li liKnowledge of tools / technologies: /li liDOORS /li liStrong proficiency in programming languages such as C++ /li liFamiliarity with 3D graphics and multimedia technologies. /li liScripting languages (Bash, Python, Powershell) /li liLinux: advance level is mandatory. /li liContinuous Integration Continuous Delivery (Jenkins) would be beneficial /li li3rd generation of software version control Systems (Git) /li liCommunication Protocols Frameworks (TCP/IP, RS422, 1553, etc) /li liExperience in the simulation domain (avionics, rehostings, visual systems)
