Following continued growth, the company is looking to appoint a senior technology executive to lead the next phase of platform innovation, data strategy and engineering excellence. /ph3The Opportunity /h3pThis executive will own the technology and data vision for a large-scale mobile growth platform, spanning advertising exchange technology, ad mediation, machine learning, data science and user acquisition products. /ppReporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead a highly experienced technology organization of approximately 130 engineers and data specialists across multiple European locations. /ppThis role combines strategic leadership with deep technical understanding and will play a key role in defining the company’s future platform capabilities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and execute the long-term technology and data strategy. /liliLead Engineering, Data Science and Technical Leadership teams. /liliDrive innovation across machine learning, advertising technology and large-scale distributed systems. /liliPartner closely with Product and Commercial leaders to translate business strategy into platform capabilities. /liliScale engineering processes, organizational design and technical execution.
