ppAt Coonerang Language School we are hiring English teachers to join our academy in Arroyomolinos for the 2026–2027 academic year. We work with our own structured, dynamic methodology, and we are in a growth phase. /ppWe are looking for teachers with real classroom experience, proven pedagogical skills and a clear commitment to be part of a serious educational project throughout the full academic year. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree or equivalent in Education, Teaching, English Philology or English Studies; or accredited CELTA / TEFL / TESOL certification. /liliMinimum C1 level of English (C2 / Proficiency / equivalent preferred). Official accreditation or demonstration through internal assessment. /liliAt least one full academic year of experience teaching English to groups (not exclusively private tutoring). /liliExperience with at least two of these age ranges: 6–11, 12–17, 18+. /liliConfirmed availability Monday to Thursday between 16:00 and 21:30 throughout the full academic year (September 2026 to June 2027). /liliExplicit commitment to continuity until the end of the academic year. /liliOpenness to internal training, structured methodology and periodic class observation.



/li /ulh3We particularly value /h3ulliPrevious experience teaching at English language academies in Spain. /liliExperience preparing students for Cambridge exams (YLE, A2 Key, B1 Preliminary, B2 First, C1 Advanced). /liliResidence in, or reliable transport to, Arroyomolinos. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliMonthly salary band between 700 € and 1600€ gross. /liliWorkload between 10 and 40 hours per week depending on availability. /liliPaid initial training in the Coonerang and Coonerang Cambridge methodology. /liliTeaching materials, lesson planning support and academic mentoring throughout the year. /liliCareer progression into specialised tracks (Cambridge, adults) or coordination roles. /li /ulh3Selection process /h3pWe aim to complete the process within approximately 2 to 3 weeks, though timing may vary during peak hiring periods. /ppA clean record certificate from the Spanish Central Registry of Sexual Offenders (Registro Central de Delincuentes Sexuales) will be required prior to incorporation, in accordance with current legislation.
