As an bSAP Support Consultant – Sales Order Fulfilment Supply Chain /b, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our Sales and Supply Chain processes. You will provide expert guidance and support to internal SAP users, helping them navigate the system efficiently and driving continuous improvements in Sales Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Service Operations. This is a hands‑on role where you will also contribute to training, documentation, testing, and rollout activities,



making a real impact across the organization. /p h3DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liProvide integral support for SAP Sales Order Fulfilment and Supply Chain Management (including Business Partner, Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Service Operations). /li liExecute SAP customisations and perform large‑scale customer master data updates. /li liAdminister storage locations and SAP user accounts. /li liDevelop and deliver user training sessions (in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning formats). /li liParticipate in SAP rollouts and onboarding for new business entities. /li liTest and validate change requests related to SAP Sales Distribution processes. /li liMaintain SAP‑related documentation, working instructions, and training materials. /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 ul liDegree in Applied Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum of 2 years’ working experience in SAP Sales Fulfilment and Supply Chain (Sales Distribution, Business Partner, MM). /li liExperience as a trainer and in documentation management, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 ul liTeamwork, problem‑solving, strong organisational and time management skills. /li liHigh adaptability, effective communication, and critical thinking. /li liHands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Business Partner, and Fiori applications. /li liSAP customisation and mass data update expertise. /li liFamiliarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and e‑learning tools. /li liExperience working in technical support, helpdesk, or SAP customer service and operations roles. /li liExperience with AI tools (preferably COPILOT). /li /ul h3LANGUAGE(S) /h3 ul liFluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset. /li /ul h3TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liAvailability to travel domestically and internationally as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
