This role is key to ensuring the success of our clinical trials by driving all budget and contract-related activities with both academic and commercial clients. You’ll work cross-functionally to oversee contract development, site negotiations, and budget management. Reporting into the Project Management team, you’ll also partner closely with sponsors, vendors, and clinical operations staff. /p /brpThis is a hands-on, impactful role ideal for someone with strong contract negotiation experience, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. /p /br /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead contract and budget development across multiple studies /li /brliServe as the main point of contact for sites regarding all contract and budget matters /li /brliOversee site contract negotiations and ensure alignment with sponsor expectations /li /brliPartner with clinical operations and project teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and change requests /li /brliCoordinate project-specific vendor activities and site payment processes /li /brliTrack and forecast project budgets, scope changes, and key milestones /li /brliContribute to internal process improvements and support training activities /li /brliEnsure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs,



and all relevant regulatory guidelines /li /br /ul /br /brh3About You /h3 /brpTo be successful in this role, you will have: /p /brul /brliDegree in a science or healthcare discipline /li /brliPrior experience in a CRO, pharma, or academic setting supporting clinical trials /li /brliStrong background in site contract and budget negotiation /li /brliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing virtual teams /li /brliGood understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical research regulations /li /brliProficient in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management tools /li /brliAble to travel up to 25% /li /brliSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments /li /br /ul /br /brh3What We Offer /h3 /brpWe understand that great work happens when people feel valued and supported.
