As a Fashion Support Consultant in Barcelona, you will support top fashion brands by delivering high‑quality customer service across multiple communication channels. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liTake incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, chat, or automated alerts) and resolve user requests while meeting SLA. /li liLog call details into the call‑management system and provide accurate responses. /li liMaintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the applications used by each customer. /li liEscalate service issues to mentors and follow project processes and procedures. /li liPerform all administrative duties required for the role. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 ul liProficient in Italian and advanced in English. /li liStrong customer‑care skills with the ability to listen and understand the customers’ needs. /li liOwnership mindset – progress calls to resolution or escalated resolution. /li liExcellent communication skills and adaptability.
