As Senior MLOps Engineer, you will define and scale the reference MLOps stack for the Agentic Platform, enabling self-service AI capabilities across NN’s business units. You’ll standardize CI/CD, deployment topologies, and governance, ensuring audit-ready operations and cost-aware performance. You’ll work with Databricks MLflow, Mosaic, and Kubernetes/Seldon to deliver robust, scalable model and agent serving. This role blends platform engineering with governance, driving reliable SLO-based operations in a multi-cloud environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own CI/CD standards and environment promotion for models/agents with pipelines, approvals, artifact provenance, immutable releases, and rollback/canary patterns
• Standardize serving topologies (Databricks serverless vs Kubernetes/Seldon) with clear decision records and guardrails
• Implement evaluation and monitoring for models/agents (offline/online) including drift/quality checks and end-to-end telemetry dashboards




• Integrate Unity Catalog lineage/policies into pipelines to support audits and marketplace readiness
• Operate the Agentic Platform to meet SLOs: incident response, capacity planning, cost optimization, post-mortems, and continuous improvement of golden paths
• Ensure governance-by-design with evidence capture and audit-ready run records in pipelines

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in MLOps/SRE or platform engineering with production ML/AI workloads
• Deep experience with Databricks MLflow and enterprise CI/CD
• Design/operation of multi-env releases (dev/test/prod) xqbhyrx with approvals, secrets, and identity
• IaC (Terraform/Crossplane) and cloud networking on Azure and/or AWS
• Hands-on with evaluation/monitoring for models/agents; familiarity with SLOs, incident response, and cost management
• Familiarity with ArgoCD, Crossplane, Istio, Knative, Opensearch, Prometheus, Grafana
