ppJoin the Ford Credit Europe IT Software Engineer's community and help build the general applications that support financing for our dealers and customers. /p pThis role is for an experienced full-stack software engineer, who can deliver software using lean agile practices. You will work on each phase of the software creation (from ideation to deployment) considering the right design patterns for each use case, producing clean code which meets the quality and cyber security standards. /p pYour focus: developing new functionalities and handling technical debt on-going requirements. /p ul liWrite high-quality code that satisfies customer needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements. /li liInvestigate and propose business and technical solutions to development and design problems, participating in scope of work estimation and forecasting. /li liPromote and investigate architecture, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices. /li liParticipate in code reviews or use collaborative programming techniques to promote high quality business outcomes. /li liImprove performance of existing software by diagnosing and resolving critical issues across multiple skill teams. /li liFollow agile development processes. /li liMentor junior software engineers. /li /ul h3The Minimum Requirements We Seek /h3 ul liSolid experience as Software Engineer, preferred using Spring Boot and Angular.
