We seek an Operations Manager with a proven track record of operational excellence to lead scalability efforts, develop strong processes and culture, and operate effectively in high ambiguity environments. This role offers opportunities for strategic thinking, innovation, and collaboration across teams to scale Central Operations. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liLead a team of Managers and Logistics Associates to optimize day-to-day operations and projects for EU CO, focusing on KPIs such as forecast accuracy and process adherence/improvement. /li liDrive performance metrics, program scoping, rollout, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. /li liDevelop best practices and standard work for the network.
