ppAn opportunity for a Machines Systems Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo). The selected candidate will join the Machinery Automation Team. Our mission is to provide cutting‑edge automated systems for composite part manufacturing, ensuring excellence in delivery, quality, and cost. The team is multidisciplinary and transnational, focusing on the definition and implementation of complex robotics and Industry 4.0 solutions to maintain our plant at the forefront of aeronautical technology. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Deliver machines and technical systems /h3 ul liDevelop innovative concepts for Machines/Robots and Technical Systems. /li liEstablish the necessary specifications/requirements for Machines and Technical Systems. /li liDefine technical contents of the Machines/Robots and Technical Systems CapEx file and perform cost‑estimation. /li liContribution/support to the procurement process in relation to all technical aspects. /li liPlanning, steering and monitoring of the project's approval, commitment, cash flow and internal engineering cost by periodical reviews with the Machine/Robot project leader and functional leaders (contractual milestones: KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS, RR follow up). /li liSupport actively the APTs. /li liManage the introduction of changes on Machines/Robots and Technical Systems in the plant. /li liKeep informed on Machines/Robots and Technical Systems changes and process changes related to the supported processes in the plant. /li liSupport Maintenance Department with technical expertise to ensure the reliability of the manufacturing cell implemented. /li liFollow FU.IN.03.03 (Specify and Qualify Machines and Systems) standard. /li /ul h3Deliver RT projects /h3 ul liPropose to RT topics to be developed,
aligned with A.I. strategy. /li liGuarantee the fulfillment of deliverables for RT programs within the approved budget and on time working in close collaboration with the partner and RT centers. /li liContribute and participate in maturity assessments through the α and β gates. /li liDigitalization, Innovative and Big Data projects in Machines and Technical Systems. /li liImplementation of industry 4.0 at plant level in Machines and Technical Systems. /li liContribute to the transnational harmonization and alignment of manufacturing Machinery Automation and cooperate with other plants through the OMI network in all the A/C life cycle (from RT, through development and serial phase improvement and support). /li liParticipate in best practices identification and promote their local implementation. /li liEstablish an international mindset in the team and promote partnering and synergies. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liMechanical and machines technical background. /li liComposite materials Knowledge. /li liProject Management experience (transversal and transnational). /li liPLC programming will be a plus. /li liArtificial intelligence data analytics basic skill will be appreciated. /li liEnglish: Negotiation level. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liTeam worker in multifunctional and transnational environment. /li liInnovative mindset. /li liProblem‑solving skills.
