In this role you lead and optimize PAL Robotics' manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient production of robotic systems. You collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and industrial excellence from release to customer delivery. You will drive lean initiatives, solve production challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role at a growing, international robotics company.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Achieve targets for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity
• Coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources by priority
• Ensure inventory accuracy and material traceability with operations
• Oversee material movement between warehouse and production
• Develop and maintain SOPs/work instructions with engineering




• Provide feedback to Engineering on manufacturability, quality, and process improvements
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives in the production area
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing manufacturing or production operations
• Experience in robotics, industrial xqbhyrx automation, electronics, or complex electromechanical products is highly desirable
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary production teams
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Valid work permit to work in Spain
