ph3Human Resources Information System Analyst /h3 pVolotea, a fast‑growing low‑cost airline serving cities across Europe, is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join its dynamic Human Resources team. The role is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model with up to two days of remote work per week. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the go‑to subject matter expert for all HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors. /li liManage, maintain, and continuously improve the Employee Central module to align with current business needs. /li liLead the definition and implementation of system‑related projects in collaboration with the IT team and technical developers. /li liIntegrate SuccessFactors with other business systems, ensuring data integrity and consistent user experience. /li liMonitor data quality, conduct regular audits, and resolve inconsistencies to maintain high data standards across the department. /li liDefine and enforce data standards, best practices, and data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data. /li liTroubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed. /li liCreate and maintain a variety of HR dashboards using HRIS tools and data analytics technologies. /li liManage the JIRA Software ticketing system for HR, providing support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
