Join us. /b /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Technician to join our MEP department in Barcelona. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models for various projects. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment of 3D models as a Revit user for engineering projects, covering mechanical, electrical, and fire protection disciplines. /li liCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient model integration. /li liPerform clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models. /li liIntegrate 3D models from different disciplines. /li liStandardize drawings, blocks, and families in Revit. Contributes to the maintenance and upgrade of Revit templates and libraries, creating Revit MEP Families according BIM standards.



/li liAssist in the implementation and adherence to BIM standards and protocols. /li liPrepare and manage drawings, generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models following industry standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field/FP /li liStrong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. /li liStrong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and its features, including families, templates and standards /li liProven experience with other design software (Autodesk AutoCAD Navisworks) /li liMore than 5 years working within BIM MEP environments /li liEffective communication and teamwork abilities. /li liProficient use of English language. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pTo support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment. /p h3About AECOM /h3 pAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
