You will redefine how we manage travel, expense, and employee experience globally — shifting TE from a transactional process into a strategic, data-driven, and future-ready capability. /p pAs part of this journey, we have recently introduced a new TE platform, which now needs to be scaled, embedded, and continuously optimized across our global organization. /p pYou will play a key role in driving adoption, harmonizing processes, and unlocking the full value of this platform, while shaping the future of spend management across a complex, general environment. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement a forward-looking global TE strategy /li liAlign travel and expense programs with business priorities, cost optimization, and sustainability goals /li liPosition TE as a strategic enabler, not just a control function /li /ul h3Lead Transformation /h3 ul liDrive end-to-end transformation of TE processes, policies, and systems /li liEnsure successful global rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of the newly introduced TE platform /li liHarmonize processes across regions while respecting local requirements /li liIntroduce and scale digital, automated, and AI-driven solutions /li liChallenge the status quo and continuously rethink how things are done /li /ul h3Embed Optimize the Platform /h3 ul liDrive end-to-end integration of the TE platform into global processes and workflows /li liImprove usability and ensure a seamless employee experience across travel and expense /li liIdentify gaps, inefficiencies,
