In this role you support the Finance team by optimizing procurement processes and supplier management. You will coordinate purchasing for Marketing and HR, manage supplier relationships, and help ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to align budgets and validate invoices, while contributing to continuous workflow improvements. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape procurement operations in a fast-growing company. You will operate in a collaborative, growth-focused environment that values ownership and proactive problem-solving.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Coordinate purchasing requests for Marketing and HR to ensure timely procurement
• Create and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite with accurate documentation
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and support price/terms negotiations
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on-time deliveries




• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and manage contract and supplier documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement workflows and operational efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Experience or strong interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance
• Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite a plus
• Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English, both xqbhyrx written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinker with a knack for process improvement
• Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow
