ph3Responsibilities /h3 pAnalysis of new business opportunities, including market and properties analysis, producing comprehensive reports to enable decision making. /p pAssisting the Head of REH Iberia or the REH Director structuring a transaction. /p pPreparation of the different documents required for decision making from the early stage of the potential transaction to credit applications for credit risk decision. /p pModeling for transactions and other business needs; running scenarios on the models and producing outputs including: Creation of cash-flow transaction models based on standard template models, and performing sensitivity and scenario analysis. /p pbCommercial negotiations /role: /b Preparation of term sheets and negotiation with the client, review of due-diligences and valuation reports, and review of facility agreements. /p pWork closely with underwriters to prepare credit memos for team and credit committee review. /p pbThe role will provide additional support to the Head of REH and REH Director: /b Providing commercial and analytical support on the different transactions and initiatives, attending and actively contributing to internal and external meetings,



and collecting data for and assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, ... /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2-4+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate (CRE) originations /li liProven track record of significant origination volume, particularly in conduit deals. /li liBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. /li liGood understanding of modelling projections. /li liAbility to analyze main characteristics and risks of the properties that will be financed and the structure of the deal. /li liGood communication skills. /li liAbility to work under own stream. /li liAbility to work under pressure. /li liStrong Office package skills. /li liExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills are essential. /li liStrong written communication skills are necessary to convey complex information clearly and succinctly. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
