You will work in an agile environment, reporting to the Team Lead, helping to push the boundaries of digital transformation and delivering high‑quality products that meet business needs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe part of a software development team and ensure high standards of product quality. /li liParticipate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from analysis to delivery. /li liDesign, develop, and execute automated tests to support new functionality or changes to existing feature sets. /li liIdentify potential quality risks. /li liAnalyze test results, clearly report defects and collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution. /li liTake accountability for delivering valuable increments to the business in every sprint. /li liContribute to continuous improvements of the team’s processes and ways of working. /li liCollaborate closely with onshore and offshore colleagues on a day‑to‑day basis. /li liWork within an Agile development environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical background (Degree in software engineering, computer science, or telecommunications engineering). /li liExperience with Java/J2EE (1+/2+ years) and relational databases.
