A position of Temp Spain - Compliance Manager has just opened within Airbus in Madrid, Spain. You will join the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance department (LMO).

Responsibilities

-

- Advising and responding to employees regarding Ethics & Compliance inquiries and requests, including on conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, and sponsorships & donations.

- Coordinating and animating the local network of Ethics & Compliance Representatives.

- Contributing to the promotion of a strong Ethics & Compliance / Speak Up culture, including conducting investigations and providing training and awareness.

- Supporting the Ethics & Compliance due diligence assessment of third parties.

- Supporting communications and reporting to key local stakeholders.

- Contributing to second level controls including supporting the conduct of audits and risk assessments.

- Travelling periodically within Spain and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France.





- Contributing to the wider activities related to deployment of the Commercial Aircraft E&C; programme needed.

Qualifications

-

- A Master degree in business law, finance, business administration or a related field (specialisation in Compliance a plus).

- Strong relationship building and communication skills.

- Organised and able to work autonomously while maintaining a team player mindset.

- Professional experience as a lawyer or compliance manager in an international environment a plus.

- Languages: full professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

- Proficient with necessary software tools (Gsuite).
